We had a 40 x 60 building put up in 2015 and we absolutely love it. My husband had been on a job site when they were erecting a building for someone else and he saw the amount of lumber that they used and witnessed the great job they did. So when we decided to add a building to our farm we knew we wanted Ragland Builders to build ours. We have not had any problems what so ever. Brad and Dennis were great to work with and the crew did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the job site each day after they finished their work. The crew were polite and professional. I would highly recommend Ragland Builders to any one.
Had a custom building erected I am very pleased with it. Quality was excellent and building crew friendly and accommodating. Was extremely pleased to see that a final inspection was done, days after to confirm construction was completed with quality.
Have a 50'X90' Ragland building on my property and the roof has developed a leak. I have called them 3 times and asked for pricing to repair the leak. Each time I have gotten the "we will call you back". They have never called me back. After 5 months I will find another building contractor to repair it. Nice building but they have terrible customer support.
My Ragland Building’s roof was put on with #Maze nails instead of screws. It leaked within months of being finished. I had to resort to temporarily solving the problem myself putting silicone over his nails to stop the water from coming in. Dennis testified in court that he thinks nails are as good as screws. He also testified that Ragland Buildings do not come with a warranty. Do not make the same mistake I did. I will replace my new roof at my own cost.
